Terms & Conditions

No Selling of Cats

Buying or selling cats is fully prohibited. This is strictly not a selling website. Meowmensingh exists to connect cats with caring homes, not for commercial trade.

Any listing or behavior involving the sale, trade, auction, or profit from cats is a violation of these terms. Accounts caught selling, trading, or otherwise profiting from cats will be banned.

Acceptable Use

• Only submit cats you genuinely know about or are helping
• Use accurate, non-misleading photos and descriptions
• Do not post content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal
• Do not use the platform to arrange the sale or trade of animals

No Guarantee

Photos and descriptions are user-submitted and unverified. We do not guarantee the health, temperament, or legal status of any cat listed. Always verify information before acting on it.

Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any listing or restrict access without prior notice — particularly for content that is inaccurate, harmful, or in violation of these terms. For urgent issues, use the Report page.

Liability

Meowmensingh is not responsible for any incidents that occur during cat-spotting or adoption efforts, or for interactions between people and cats. You participate at your own discretion.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
